What’s the dress code?
Garden Party Attire - This is an outdoor forest wedding. We’re aiming for stylish but easygoing — something you’d wear to a summer celebration, not a black-tie event. Comfortable shoes are a good idea.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes! Dogs are welcome, however they must always be on a leash. Compostable dog waste bags are provided at designated spots throughout the property and all pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of appropriately. Pets are not permitted in the Lodge, the two additional accomodation Lodges, or on Fergie’s deck, patio or indoor dining areas (this includes the reception tent during meal service).
What’s the weather like that time of year?
Mid-July in Squamish is usually warm and sunny, with daytime highs around 24–28°C. Evenings cool off to 13–16°C, so a light layer is a good idea once the sun sets. Rain isn’t common, but it’s not unheard of — pack with comfort in mind.
I’m camping/glamping — what facilities are available?
If you’re camping at the venue, you’ll have access to shared washrooms and showers on-site. Bring what you need for a comfortable stay, and soak up the peaceful setting!
Shower and washroom facilities are equipped with changing rooms, electrical outlets, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and floor-to-ceiling mirrors - perfect for getting ready on the big day!
Note: Sunwolf does not provide any towels, linens, or toiletries for campers, but towel service can be purchased if renting a glamping tent.

Provided meals include: Welcome Dinner on Friday July 17th, Cocktail hour snacks and dinner on Saturday July 18th, and brunch on Sunday July 19th. Breakfast and Lunch are not provided on July 18th (wedding day). Guests should plan accordingly.
Tip: Fergie’s is a great on-site restaurant serving breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Feel free to check it out. We recommend arriving early as it’s a popular spot. Alternatively, Squamish is a short drive away and has lots of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Guests are welcome to enjoy drinks on-site during the weekend.
Important: on Saturday (wedding day), no alcohol is permitted on-site from 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM due to the caterer’s liquor license requirements. Alcohol will be served as part of the wedding dinner and cocktail hour.
