How do I get to the venue?

The Sunwolf is at 70002 Squamish Valley Rd, Brackendale, BC V0N 1H0. Pop it into Google Maps and you’ll be set. If you’re coming from out of town, the nearest airport is YVR - Vancouver. If you need a hand getting to the venue, please reach out to Zac and Sarah here.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, there’s parking available right at the venue. If you’re planning on having a few drinks, we recommend arranging a ride home or carpooling. If you’re staying at the Executive Suites we’ll have a shuttle to get you to bed!

What’s the dress code?

Honestly… we don’t really know what to call it. We’ll be out in the forest all weekend, so comfort comes first. Think casual, light, and easy to move around in, but feel free to have fun with it. Maybe “garden party in the woods” is the best way to put it.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! Dogs are welcome (and encouraged). While we’re at Sunwolf, they’ll just need to stay on a leash.

What’s the weather like that time of year?

Mid-July in Squamish is usually warm and sunny, with daytime highs around 24–28°C. Evenings cool off to 13–16°C, so a light layer is a good idea once the sun sets. Rain isn’t common, but it’s not unheard of — pack with comfort in mind.

I’m camping — what facilities are available?

If you’re camping at the venue, you’ll have access to shared washrooms and showers on-site. Bring what you need for a comfortable stay, and soak up the peaceful setting!
